The Barber family has been farming and making cheese at Maryland Farm in Ditcheat, Somerset England since 1833. The Barber family has roughly 2,000 dairy cows that roam 2,500 acres of prime dairyland. The Barber family are the sole guardians of a unique cheese culture that is their secret to creating this cheddar.
