An Australian cheese coming from King Island, south of Melbourne, at the western end of the Bass Strait. The cheese is named after the infamous Roaring 40's westerly winds of more than 60 mph that blow directly down the 40 degree S longitude. Allow this cheese to come to room temperature and enjoy its creamy texture with a fresh baguette, red grapes, figs, or walnuts.
